I used to be extremely self-conscious about my looks. I avoided beach parties because I was convinced that taking off my shirt would repel girls.
(I also wore extremely repulsive shirts)
After a decade of unsuccessful diets and searching for instant solutions, I finally got a personal trainer, made a weight-loss wager, eliminated sugar, and shed 60 pounds in just four months.
How did I feel afterward? Extremely confident! Plus, I maintained my weight loss.
The pressure to impress was overwhelming, making confidence elusive.
So, I learned how to effectively plan a sequence of dates by selecting suitable venues, recognizing the right moment to make a move, and enhancing my conversational abilities. Additionally, I discovered how to meet more women and attract potential dates.
After Accumulating Victories, My Confidence on Dates Soared, and I Mastered the Art of Casually Dating Multiple Women Based on My Schedule
As my confidence grew, so did the caliber of women I dated. Eventually, I felt like my own ideal version of a perfect partner. We all aspire to be with a “10,” but unless we consider ourselves a 10, how can we feel confident enough to attract one?
I also despised my finance job and dreaded going to the office daily. I possessed the skills to teach dating strategies to other men, but lacked the confidence to market myself and attract sufficient clients to quit my job and pursue it as a career.
So, I sought suitable mentors, learned sales techniques, and accumulated enough successes to confidently leave my job and establish a successful podcast and coaching business.
One final example… After watching a documentary about Hugh Hefner, I decided it would be an exciting challenge to emulate his lifestyle and live the ultimate bachelor life.
By utilizing my social connections, learning from successful men (particularly promoters) with similar lifestyles, and developing a social funnel, I was able to achieve my goal.
Upon amassing enough triumphs with women I considered “10s,” I no longer needed validation and grew tired of the lifestyle, as people often do when indulging in pleasure. I then happily transitioned to the next phase of adulthood with my perfect partner and started a family.
To build confidence in dating, business, fitness, or finding your ideal partner, focus on acquiring the skills and knowledge needed to achieve victories.
Confidence grows with results and gains momentum.
